I ordered through Zilch and paid for next-day delivery. I tried to contact them when it got to 7:30 p.m.
but had no luck. If deliveries are up to 8 p.m., then customer service should be open until at least 9 p.m.

To whom it may concern, I have experienced the worst customer service in my life which was disappointing and disaster Oxford street this evening. Being working in retail for more than four years I have pretty much experiences about how to deal customers weather in any situation. Customer may not be in appropriate or suitable manner but still the employee required to treat them well. Apparently, I brought an item (Alessandro over-shirt) from stratford and I didnt get the black colour. So that I have made up my mind to check in Oxford street branch, just 5 minutes walk from my working place. Since the over shirt is really l important as Im flying tomorrow to my home, I didnt bother to utilise my break time, trying to get it. I came to the floor and got a wonderful customer service from two of team members in first floor ( I can't remember the name, they were really nice, one of them were a Bengali girl who treated me so well and told me to go downstairs for the exchange). I got someone in the downstairs and asked, a person about to exchange(the person I want to write about). I couldn't see the device which was only in front of her, and she was doing nothing and told me to ask someone in the front who was dealing a customer. Furthermore, I was running behind the time and then tried to find out cash point which is in the lower ground. I have Ben there and someone told to go ground floor where I can exchange. I asked another colleague, he was busy with dealing a customer and politely told me to go to the same person to ask. I came back again to the person and asked to do so. The person again told me to go to the team member who's busy with other customer. Then I started talking to her. Is that fun to tell me to move here and there and ask everyone she is laughing, literally having fun and saying she is not understanding what I'm saying. Then I said how many times I came to you and how many people I have already asked in front of you to exchange my stuff ??? Another colleague came near to her, and she started making me embarrassed by laughing and with a proper funny gesture towards her colleague to prove Im a fool!!! The other girl understood easily that I'm in rush and embarrassed totally due to this behavior. Then I asked can I speak to the manager. The person said, I'm the manager. What the *** I became shocked how can this possible in a retailer, a manager is having fun, making a customer fool again and again and also involving other team members??? I asked the name and the person denied straight forward way to tell me the name ! ( we got the name badge for the identity that means for me, I can ask the name of the employees whether if I need to). I said okkkkk. No problem. For your kind consideration, o got more than 20 feedback from customers in 3 weeks time which is a record in my store. My biggest question of the day, you're one of the manger couldn't satisfy another retail worker who is vastly experienced in this field let alone the general customers. Is this the way your business going to compete with other big names???
I want a proper investigation. The time I was there around 7:30 of last Friday (16th January) I can provide my transaction number if its necessary. Most importantly, about my behavior you can investigate asking whoever were working first floor how it was and also who was in the basement cashier for sure.
I have spent my time, not only to get a justice but also to establish UK
Retail as the Safest and welcoming retailer.
I hope o will get feedback soon.

Absolutely terrible service.
I ordered a product that was too small so I returned it.
Then, without warning or any communication, the exact same product was sent back because apparently the box it came in, which coincidentally was the very same box it was delivered in, was apparently not good enough.
It was sent back with the delivery driver, then I was told that I need to change the box. So I requested a change of address so I could change the box (still the same box), only to be told that I cannot change the address! So now, I have no shoes, no refund, and I need to make a 3-hour round trip to send back a pair of shoes (again) in a box they provided, which apparently isn't good enough.
I'm bitterly disappointed and annoyed. This is the worst customer service I've seen in a while!

Disgusting service
Made a order got delivered left in garden nobody home the item got pinched out of garden, contacted Footasylum told me get a crime number which did then got told needed a police report, spoke to police they told me the insurance need to do the report, told Footasylum they just dont have a clue all cause its down to them to pay for the report to be realised.. still under investigation Footasylum. Never in my life order from here again the service staff are like taking to babies and dont have a clue there channels to go down laughable

Hi on the 26 th jan i bought a kids coat from your store in meadowhall i had to bring it back as it was too big they didnt have a smaller size in store but said they can order it online instead so we said ok we was given a new reciept to confirm it was ordered online they kept the original reciept 2days later we got an email telling us it was completely out of stock and my refund was getting processed and this is wear it gors downhill it was 2 weeks and i still hadnt got my refund into my account so i did a live chat give them all i had but the agent said i couldnt have my money back i would have to have a gift card as i no longer had the original receipt ivtold your agent that the store took that off us and gave us a different reciept but the agent was adament that i was only getting a gift card as my refund and i want to know why i had the emails and another receipt that stated how much was paid . I also feel if i hadnt been in touch i would never have got a refund my last email fro
Mvthem told me i would get my money put back into my account so what went wrong ? Also when i had wmail just 2 days later telling me it was out of stock i bought another coat as my grandson needed a coat thinking my refund back would pay for it but now im out of pocket im so unhappy with the shambles if a service i got im affraid it puts me off ever buying owt feim there again.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a pair of shoes on their website and after just 3 months of using them, they got damaged on the inside.
I questioned the quality of the shoes with customer service and they asked me to send the shoes back for a refund. I did so, and was patiently waiting for an update/refund. Weeks have passed and there was no word from them. So I contacted them again to check the progress of my refund.
They informed me that the refund were rejected and the shoes were sent back to me 2 weeks ago. I never received my shoes back. Apparently the courier left them outside by the door. I was home during that time and definitely didn't find anything by the door.
I also checked with neighbours - no one saw my package. I asked Footassylum to help me navigate it as it was their responsibility. They seemed not to care and asked me to prove I didn't receive the parcel. How dumb of a question it is.
First I expect you to prove it was actually delivered as there is no photo of where it was left. Plus I never gave permission to leave the parcel outside. They do not care.
They do not trust/believe their customers. I will never shop there again and I would give them 0 star if I could.
